Facility Rental Policies

All Renters must:

• Sign a rental agreement.
• Pay a deposit to reserve the date and pay the rental fee upfront.
• Complete check-in and check-out walkthroughs with a Faust representative.
• Provide liability or event insurance information and may be required to obtain event insurance.
• Follow the requirements below if alcohol will be served.

Events Serving Alcohol

Hours

• Events serving alcohol must close by midnight.
• Due to insurance requirements, all attendees and participants under age 21 must leave by 11:00 p.m.

Beer and Wine

• Renters and guests may not bring alcohol onto the premises.
• Only beer and wine purchased by Faust from an approved wholesaler may be served.
• No liquor or other forms of alcohol are permitted under Faust’s current license.
• At least two trained bartenders and one trained manager or producer must be on-site throughout the event.
• Beers and ciders labeled “NA” or “non-alcoholic” may still contain alcohol and may not be served to anyone under age 21.

Age Verification

• No one under age 21 may be served or consume beer or wine.
• Anyone who appears to be under age 40 must show a valid ID.
• Guests age 21 or older must receive a wristband. No one without a wristband may be served or consume beer or wine
• Anyone under age 21 who consumes beer or wine will be required to leave immediately.
• Beers and ciders labeled “NA” or “non-alcoholic” may still contain alcohol and may not be served to anyone under age 21.

Alcohol Service Restrictions

• Bartenders may not serve anyone who is or appears intoxicated. The bartender’s decision is final.
• Beer and wine may not be given away or sold at a discount.
• Kava drinks may not be served because combining kava and alcohol creates a health and safety risk.
• Beer and wine purchased on-site must be consumed inside the bar or theater areas.
• Alcohol may not be taken into the courtyard, porch, backyard, basement, or any area outside the licensed interior space.

Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances

Possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances on the premises will result in immediate removal.
