We produce three full length shows a year, but when our facility is not in use by the company, the Mickee Faust Club usually rents out our various spaces for meetings, parties, rehearsals, and performances.

Rental Space Options
Mainstage Multi-Level Theater + -
The clubhouse rental space provides a multi-leveled stage with accessible wings, small backstage areas on either side, and a lofted balcony. This space is not climate controlled; therefore, is not recommended for use in extreme temperatures.
Seating: Seats are set, accommodate ~100 people
Rental Includes: Use of the main stage, back stage, green room, and two bathrooms. Lights, sound and projector/screen included as is. (Technicians available for rental separately).
Rental Fee $250 per day.
Adelaide Schnittman Blackbox Theater + -
Schnittman Hall provides a flexible and climate controlled space, equipped with a spring floor and sound baffling. Features include dual bay doors, movable risers and chairs for seating. Tables are available to rent separately.
Seating accommodates 65-70 people.
The $200/day rental fee includes use of the Adelaide Schnittman Hall and stages, back stage areas, green room, and two bathrooms. Lights, sound system, and projector screen included as is. (Technicians available for rental separately).
Marc Masonbrink Stage and Garden + -
The backyard space is perfect for any sunny or starlit event. It includes use of the newly constructed Marc Masonbrink Outdoor stage and backyard. The stage comfortably fits a full band and has electrical outlets for musician’s use.
The seating can be arranged, and can accommodate ~130 people.
The $200/day rental fee includes the use of the Marc Masonbrink garden, outdoor stage, backstage, green room, and bathrooms. Ambient light, and stage lights that can be placed are included. (Technicians available for rental separately.)
