Storyteller, comedian, and proud member of the kink community Sam Atwood returns to Tallahassee this September with Eyes Out: Fifty Shades of Blind, an award-winning solo performance where blindness, desire, autonomy, and bad behavior collide. Presented by the Mickee Faust Club in a limited three-night run, Eyes Out is sharp, sexy, funny, and unapologetically personal. Atwood takes audiences into the strange, frustrating, and occasionally glorious business of living in a world determined to make assumptions about disabled bodies, intimacy, independence, and who gets to call the shots.

This is not a tidy tale of overcoming adversity. It is a funny, frank, and wildly human performance about a man refusing to be cast as anyone else’s inspiration, cautionary tale, or helpless victim.
